Peggotty is a point break for surf, as
you can see above. It is along a jetty, so unless you know what
you're doing and can avoid getting pounded on rocks, then stay
away. Also, it has unbelievable skim if there is big surf. It is definitely my
favorite skim spot. It can hold an overhead shorepound. The
beach has a steep, sandy slope. I've actually seen a sider form
from the jetty on a very big day (but don't count on it, because it
doesn't happen often at all.) You can check out the current
