After watching a surf DVD, Shawn didn't think twice before buying a 7'2" Spyder and a massively thick 5/4/3 suit with hood attachment. Legend has it he rode a wave in the first minute he tried surfing. He is a natural. He's been known to skim too. Although cold water isn't his best friend, he's always out there when the surf's up.
