Egypt is good from low tide to mid tide.  The beach is probably the rockiest thing in the world, making for rough landings and mostly tough skimming unless it is low tide.  It is secluded, and the rocks are good because they usually keep the number of tourists, groms and kooks down.  It can have some good skim at high tide if the rocks aren't there.  Flatland skimming at low tide.  Surfwise, there is a sandbar, and the rocks disappear the further you go out.  It has been known to blow up from time to time when there is a good swell.  It can hold some 8 foot waves.
